Dr. Rajni Mann – Incharge, Community Radio Station,Radio Gujarat 88.4 FM

Dr. Rajni Mann serves as an In charge of Community Radio Station of Drishti Foundation Trust, and an our Team member contributing her expertise to one of our flagship initiative, Radio Gujarat 88.4. With over 20 years of experience in journalism, mass communication, and academia, A Ph.D. in Mass Communication, she has published impactful research on community radio, media literacy, and rural communication. Her career began in grassroots journalism, shaping her commitment to empowering communities through responsible media. Dr. Mann’s guidance strengthens our mission of amplifying local voices, promoting sustainability, and fostering informed community dialogue across Gujarat.

Gulzar Pathan – Head (WASH Projects)

Gulzar Pathan, the dynamic and our Team Member of Drishti Foundation Trust, is a young and visionary marketing professional with an MBA degree. Known for his strategic thinking and innovative approach, he plays a vital role in managing the Foundation’s financial planning, resource mobilization, and sustainability initiatives. His expertise in marketing and financial management ensures that the organization’s projects are efficiently funded and effectively implemented. Passionate about social impact and grassroots development as members of Drishti Foundation, Gulzar combines professional excellence with a deep commitment to the Foundation’s mission, helping drive positive change in public policy, research, environment, and higher education for over two decades.

Shweta Chaurasia – Accounts & Finance Lead

Shweta Chaurasia brings over 15 years of professional experience in finance and accounting to Drishti Foundation Trust. As our Team member With strong expertise in financial management, compliance, and statutory reporting, she ensures transparency, accuracy, and integrity in all financial operations of the Trust. Shweta oversees budgeting, bookkeeping, audit coordination, and donor fund management, supporting our projects across health, education, and environment sectors. Known for her meticulous approach and commitment to ethical financial practices, she plays a key role in strengthening our governance and operational efficiency. Her dedication ensures that every contribution is managed responsibly to create lasting social impact.

Poornima Nair – Head of Human Resources

Poornima Nair who is MBA in HR and leads the Human Resources function at Drishti Foundation Trust, bringing over five years of professional experience in people management, organizational development, and talent engagement. With a strong commitment to fostering a value-driven and collaborative work culture, she oversees recruitment, training, employee welfare, and performance systems across the organization. Poornima plays a vital role in building capable teams for our social impact initiatives in health, education, and environment. Her empathetic leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication skills help drive employee motivation, align mission-focused workforce strategies, and ensure an inclusive, ethical, and growth-oriented organizational environment.
